I am sure I should be doing something else to get ready for Christmas. (eCard is done.) The stereo is crankin Them Crooked Vultures. The presents are either wrapped or on their way from Amazon to hit our porch today. (I read today that shopping online saves 35% in carbon resources over shopping at the mall.) I think the chores are done. We've got to get on with some Lunch soon, but for now I am content to rock out and do me some tweetin. Here's the eye catching sites that popped out at me on this very twitter-enhanced holiday.

The Twitter Pyramid of Shit
Funnily enough, my Mom sent me this picture. The question is.. who are the top level guys that are considered assholes?

“You will be very surprised how you interact with the new tablet.” says Apple Employee
Firstly, an Apple Senior Executive has confirmed that the Tablet is coming and Steve Jobs is very happy with the product. His exact words “I can’t really say anything, but, let’s just say Steve is extremely happy with the new tablet,”

Apple exec: Jobs "happy" with unannounced Apple tablet
The long-rumored, long-imagined Apple tablet may be close to being unveiled to the public, now that Steve Jobs is said to be "happy with the new tablet."

If Star Wars had Facebook
Its a good thing that Star Wars was a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. It explains why they are not taking advantage of earth’s technological advances.

Google Chrome – Behind The Scenes (very cool video)
We’re super proud of the new work we’ve just created for Google in Europe, for the Chrome browser. If you haven’t seen it, take a look below. Hope you enjoy it.

15 Most Annoying Types of Twitter Users
It can be argued that those of us who tweet links to content on the web are the most annoying of Twitter users. That is the “category” that I fit in, so it makes sense that I would exclude my personal type from this list.

Twitter at a Crossroads: Audience Growth Won't Be Enough in 2010
I'd also like to draw attention to the Twitter prediction. Twitter has been fiddling around and growing like mad but without a business model for years now. In 2010, growth is not sufficient. One of two things will happen. Either Twitter will have a business generating $100 million at an annualized rate by the end of 2010, or it's going to get bought by the likes of Google, Facebook or Microsoft. I don't believe it can continue as a huge force that has no visible means of support. Do you?

A few Christmas Treats:

Merry Holidays
Happy Kwaanza! Feliz Navidad! Happy Hannukah, Joyous Solstice and Merry Christmas to all! Annual holiday greetings are a place for self-promotion, experimentation, and a little bit of silly fun. We rounded up some of the ones that caught our eye this holiday season. Enjoy!

Norad Tracks Santa
Santa Cams are ultra-cool, high-tech, high-speed digital cameras pre-positioned at many locations around the world only on Christmas Eve. The cameras capture images and videos of Santa and his reindeer as they make their journey around the world.

And my bah humbug tweet for the end of the year fun is:

If Santa used 4square: "I'm at Jimmys… I'm at Sarah's… I'm at… Punjab's…" HINT: If you're not Santa I don't care where you "am at"! JMac Tweeted Christmas Eve 2009.
